POPCORN

Popcorn is a special link to celebrate special people-mostly artistic or artist supporters but i am sure it will evolve into every genre possible. I have been living in SF, Ca since 1996, and the Bay Area since 2001. I have been very fortunate to have developed a wonderful art community, and i am very proud of my fellow artist and all of their leaps and bounds!!

MARGARET TEDESCO

There is one lady especially i would like you to know about, she is a tremendous artist, a giver of all sorts, an art advocate, a curator, a collecter--a person who just is doing so much locally. I am pleased to present Margaret Tedesco and one of her performance works. Please Enjoy!

This performance included from 50 to 200 spectators at a time in locations: San Francisco, Czech Republic, Philippines, and Leipzig, Germany. This work has also been included in group shows for net art projects online, and SFMoMAÕs Media zine, S.M.A.C. Issue #4, 2003, Reactive Installations

Born in Los Angeles, artist MARGARET TEDESCO has lived in the Bay Area since 1988. She has shown her work nationally and internationally. From 1999 to 2006 she co curated the performance and visual art programs at New Langton Arts, San Francisco. Tedesco is currently embarking on a new project space opening April 2007 called 2nd floor.
